Text Box: visits. Maria, is also from Poland and speaks and understands very little English. Real sweet women. After mom finished her shower and came out looking like a movie star, I noticed a very nice scent of vanilla on her body. Although it was nice, I was very curious, because I didn’t recall having any Vanilla body wash. Through my Text Box: investigating, I notice the Flea and Tick dog shampoo was on the shower shelf that apparently Sal forgot to put away—also Vanilla Scented.  Need I say more. I’m glad we got rid of all mom’s fleas and ticks. We were tired of seeing her trying to pick up her leg and scratch her ear. I spoke to my brothers and sister, and we’ve decided that maybe next month, we’ll have her de-wormed. Oh, by the way, the movie star I was thinking of, was Lassie.

Text Box:    Cousin Donna McElveen has been updating us on a regular basis on the progress of her mom and my Aunt Ronie. She’s off the ventilator and making little strides every day. Thank you Donna.
Text Box: Humor  once again was created around mom, where a sad state of affairs could have existed. We have a wonderful aide coming in twice a week to help with mom’s personal care (shower).
